Toucan box….we all love gingerbread men
Since I have been on maternity leave I wanted to do different activities with Heidi before the baby arrived and also to keep her occupied and not watching the iPad 24/7 watching other kids playing or crafting!
I had seen the Toucan Box loads advertised on the internet and thought what a good idea it was. As a child I would love anything to do with crafts and I loved nothing better than sitting down with felts, paper, scissors and glue; As you could probably guess art attack was my favourite tv show. So I would of absolutely loved this when I was a child, receiving a box in the post every month with a different craft to do, I would of been in my element!
When we – I mean Heidi, received are first Toucan Box we couldn’t wait to open it and start crafting. We were happy to see it was Christmas themed and Heidi seems to have a little obsession at the moment with Gingerbread Men so this was perfect.
It comes in the post addressed to your little one which I personally think makes it exciting for them to receive there own package. Everything you need to make your craft is included in the box so you don’t need to go hunting for anything, except scissors!
These boxes are delivered fortnightly and are £5.95 each and can sign up as a one off or as a rolling subscription
All the materials to make a new craft project

We loved making our craft together and not only was it fun it was nice to do something together and see how happy Heidi’s little face was. We will definitely be signing up for the subscription and having lots of fun together.
