Weight Loss Journey #1

Monday 4th April to Sunday 10th April 2016

I am going to try and follow the slimming world diet so will put in brackets syn vale, HEA & HEB. I have also been sent SLIMKITTEN 7-DAY MORNING AND BEDTIME TEATOX to try. I will post at the end of this how I found that and if it helped towards my weight loss. I am tracking my steps/calories from the TW64 Bluetooth Smart Sport Watch which I bought from ebay. It hooks up to your smart phone so its perfect for keeping track of your steps & calories lost.

Start Weight 11 stone

Monday

     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yoghurt, Alpen Light Jaffa Cake Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch 2 Slices wholemeal bread, dry cured breaded ham, salad, cucumber, 1 tsp light mayonnaise (1 SYN)
     Dinner sweet corn, chickpeas, broccoli, onions, brown rice, maykway mild curry sauce mix (2 SYNS)

Tuesday

     Breakfast Slim Kitten Morning Teatox, Banana, Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yoghurt, Alpen Light Jaffa Cake Bar (1/2 HEB)
       Lunch 2 Slices wholemeal bread, dry cured breaded ham, salad, cucumber, Pom Bear Original Crisps (5 SYNS)
     Dinner Pork Chops, Chips, Corn on the cob – I also ate cake because it was my dad’s birthday so it was a bad day.

Wednesday

       Lunch 2 Slices wholemeal bread, dry cured breaded ham, salad, cucumber, Pom Bear Original Crisps (5 SYNS) Sliced Pineapple, Muller Light Mango & Passion Fruit Yoghurt.
     Dinner Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Chips – This meal is quite high in syns because of the sausages and chips 😦

     Breakfast Banana, Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yoghurt, Alpen Light Jaffa Cake Bar  Bit of a bad day, with it being year end in work and being a busy week I went the canteen and had sausage and hashbrown Barm, ooops
       Lunch Slimming World Chicken & Potato Curry Left over from last night’s tea, Banana, Muller Light Mandarin Yoghurt
     Dinner Salt & pepper Pork, Sweet Potato fries, mixed veg

I suppose I didn’t do too bad but had a few naughty days here and there but I will be on a mission for next week.

I found the slim kitten detox tea really good. It helped me stop feeling bloated throughout the day and made me go the toilet about more regular, sorry tmi. I will definitely be using this again as It did make my stomach feel a lot flatter and not bloated. At only £8.99 a week its a steal if it makes me feel less bloated throughout the day.

  1. It's great you can semi stick to a weight loss plan! I am rubbish at this and knowing this I never try! It's all about the getting out and exercise for me and trying to eat naughty stuff in moderation. Well done on winning the grand national! I always get dissapointed when I lose so never enter! #abrandnewday
