My meals today are helathyish here and there. I will still try and put what the syns are for slimming world.

Breakfast

  • Muller light vanilla with chocolate sprinkles (0 Syns)
  • Banana
  • Clementine
  • Peppermint Tea
Lunch
  • 2 slices of weight watchers bread (Healthy Extra B)
  • Asda Chicken Club sandwich spread (Not sure about the syns for this)
  • Muller Light Vanilla with Dark Chocolate and Backcherry
  • Clementine
Tea
  • Bexleys Butchers Savory Cakes
  • Sweet Potato Mash
  • Mix of Veg
