This is my version of a healthy homemade Spag Bol. I currently follow slimming world and this has zero syns – bonus.
- Asda Lean Mince Beef
- Asda Passata
- Asda Dry Spaghetti
- Bolognese Pasta Seasoning
The first thing I do is fill a pan with cold water and bring it to the boil. I then add my dry spaghetti to start cooking, once this is cooking I take my frying pan and spray in a little frylight and add my minced beef. Once this has browned I add my Passata and bolognese seasoning and let it simmer.
Then its time to drain my pasta and plate it up, nom nom time to stuff my face with this quick and easy healthy Spag Bol recipe.
